                                Lemons and Cyprus are synonymous. The                               Cyprus lemon variety is called “Lapithiotiki”                              and is similar to the Eureca lemons. The                            Cyprus Lemon is internationally renown for its                          overall quality and is described as a true “bitter”                        lemon with a high juice and acid content.

              It also has a thin skin, oval shape, rich flesh, firm yellow rind and the majority of the fruits are seedless. Nevertheless, its’ most appreciated qualities are its aroma and taste that enhance its use. The Cyprus Lemon travels well and has a long shelf life if properly stored.
